Equipment for toilet servicing – superstructure on a lorry chassis
A suitable lorry chassis is chosen and offered to the customer with regard to the required sizes of tanks, superstructure equipment, cabin equipment and kind of drive unit. The aggregates of the superstructure are driven by PTO.
The superstructure frame is made of galvanised and painted hollow sections. It is covered with a galvanised and painted sheet; the top wall is covered with a dural sheet with slip-resistant treatment. The tanks and the outlet pipe are made of stainless steel and are equipped with a water gauge and an inspection aperture for easy cleaning and inspection. The flush water is pumped into the airplane with a pump through a filter. The flush water outlet is equipped with a water gauge which can be reset for filling the required amount. Waste from the airplane is drained through a light transparent PU hose into a collecting vessel. The superstructure is thermally insulated with expanded polystyrene.
