BDK 1020
The trolley is used for storage and transport of hand luggage for short distances. The frame is made of hollow sections fully galvanized or treated with a resistant coating composition in the selected shade. The loading area has dimensions of 1000 x 2000 mm and consists of two water resistant plywood boards with a V to the centre and a channel between the boards for rainwater drainage. The load area is covered with a tin roof of which one half can be opened and secured in the open and closed position with gas pressure springs. The trailer's front steered axle is equipped with a parking brake activated by lifting and locking the drawbar in the upright position. The rear axle is fixed. Wheels with steel rims are fitted with solid rubber tyres 3.00-4. The drawbar has an eye 40 mm in diameter, and a rear hand operated hitch 30 mm in diameter. The top edges of the frame are fitted with rubber bumpers which prevent contact with aircraft´s fuselage and its damage. Attached, there is a metal box for labels.
The maximum service load is 1000 kg.
